When you are ordering, it is better to order at the self-serve kiosks and instead of scanning the QR code, just manually enter the 4 digit offer code by hand, because scanning it by QR is finicky and it is too much trouble. Occasionally a code will reset/deactivate before you get to use it, if that happens, log in again ( make a list and save the email addresses you used to register) and tap on the offer again to generate a new code).
